Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, but the smallest bathroom with shutters instead of a real door made me feel lacking in privacy. The price for the two supposedly 'identical' rooms I booked seemed a bit off.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were amazing-clean and cozy but could use some updates for what was referred to as a 'suite. ' The service was very pleasant and efficient, especially during our stay over New Year's Eve, although not very friendly at times. The location was perfect for exploring Ann Arbor, being right on the corner of the U of M campus and downtown, but somewhat disappointing in terms of comfort. The dining options were decent with a small bar offering typical American coffees and pastries. Overall, a stay with both highlights and areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quiet, spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, offering a comfortable stay for solo travelers or couples. However, the lack of sufficient lighting, especially near the closet and at night, was a downside.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room felt more like a luxurious master suite than a typical hotel room, although some updates are needed. The service was optional but friendly, which added a personal touch to my stay. The location was fantastic, allowing me to walk to nearby shops and restaurants, although I was disappointed with the lack of Handicapped Accessible Rooms. The dining options were basic but sufficient, with a pastry shop onsite for quick bites. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience with a few minor drawbacks.
